Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all fifty states from our warehouse in Mandan, North Dakota. Small pieces go by parcel carrier, large pieces go by freight, and the product page tells you which is which.

When your order leaves us

Orders placed before 2pm central time on a working day are packed and go out the same day. Anything after that goes the next morning. Orders placed at the weekend leave on Monday. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is made, not when the carrier first scans it, so there can be a few hours where the number shows nothing yet.

How long it takes

• Small parcels such as coasters, hooks, shelves, stools and desk pieces: two to four working days
• Medium pieces such as bookcases, nightstands, chests, coffee tables and desks: three to five working days
• Large freight pieces such as beds, wardrobes, dining tables and full sets: three to seven working days

These are the times the carrier gives us, not a promise we control. Weather across the northern plains in winter can add a day or two and there is nothing either of us can do about that.

How large items arrive

Freight items are delivered to your kerb or your driveway, not carried into the house and not carried upstairs. The driver will not assemble anything. Plan for two people to be there when a wardrobe, a bed frame or a dining set arrives, because a single carton can weigh over sixty kilograms.

The freight company calls or texts to arrange a delivery window, so give us a phone number you actually answer. If they cannot reach you the pallet sits at the depot and storage charges start after a few days.

Orders that arrive in more than one box

Wardrobes, beds, dining sets and office suites ship as two, three or four cartons. They usually travel together but they can be split across different trucks and land a day apart. If one carton turns up and the rest has not arrived within three working days, tell us and we will chase it.

Check the boxes before you sign

Look at the cartons while the driver is still there. If a box is crushed, torn open or soaked, write damaged on the delivery note before you sign it and take a photo. That one step makes a claim straightforward. If you have already signed clean, we can still help, but tell us within 48 hours.

Addresses we cannot ship to

We ship to residential and business addresses in all fifty states. We cannot send freight items to PO boxes, and we do not currently ship outside the United States. If you need delivery to a remote address, a job site or an address without a loading area, email us before ordering so we can check what the carrier will accept.

Changing an address

If the order has not left the warehouse we can change the address for free. Once the label is made the carrier charges a redirection fee and that fee is passed on to you. Tell us as soon as you spot the mistake and we will do whatever is still possible.
