Before you write

Most questions have a quick answer somewhere on the site. Sizes and weights are on each product page. Delivery times and freight rules are on the shipping page. Returns and damaged parts are on the refund page. If it is not there, ask us.

What to include

You will get a faster answer if you tell us:

• Your order number, if the question is about an order you have already placed
• The name of the piece, exactly as it appears on the product page
• For a damaged or missing part, a photo of the part and of the carton it arrived in
• For a fit question, the measurements of the space including doorways and stair turns

How fast we answer

Email is usually answered within a few hours and always within one working day. The phone is answered at any hour, including weekends. If you call and nobody picks up, leave a message with a number and we call back the same day.

Visiting

The Mandan address is a working warehouse rather than a showroom, so there is nothing on display to sit on. If you want to look at a piece before ordering, call us first and we will tell you honestly whether the trip is worth it.

Wholesale and bulk

If you are furnishing an office, a rental or a whole building and need more than ten pieces, email us before ordering. We can usually do better on the price and we can stagger the delivery so twenty cartons do not land at once.

Press and suppliers
